Man needed surgery after sex with hedgehog

A Serbian man who believe in his witch doctor advice to have sex with a hedgehog in order to cure his premature ejaculation. He has now land himself in a hospital and needed emergency surgery immediately. The hedgehog's needles has cause his penis to be severely lacerated.
